3.2 Licence Grant. By submitting content to the Site, you grant Gunpla Corps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the Site.

3.3 Image URLs. You are responsible for ensuring that any image URLs you submit either belong to you or are freely available for use. Do not submit URLs to images hosted on private or restricted services.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code on this Site is the property of Gunpla Corps. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Gunpla Corps is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai Co., Ltd. or any of its affiliates. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Warranties. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content on the Site.

5.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gunpla Corps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
